Updated 21 August 2026. These terms explain the fixed-price products, recurring payment, cancellation, refunds and support.
AI Content Studio is provided by Paolo Barranca, an independent creator based in London, United Kingdom. For service, billing or cancellation questions, email paolobarranca@gmail.com.
The Content Starter Pack is a one-time, manually prepared digital service priced at £19. It includes a 30-day direction, 15 post ideas, five captions, three short-video scripts, AI image prompts, a simple publishing schedule and one review round. The first version is normally delivered by email within three working days after successful payment and receipt of a complete brief. Because the work is personalised, preparation may begin promptly after purchase. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
AI Prompting Essentials is a focused 30-minute private online session priced at £39. AI Video Content Workflow is a focused 45-minute private online workshop priced at £79. Both are one-off purchases, not subscriptions. Each purchase covers one lesson focused on the customer's current stage. A customer who wants to continue later can purchase another lesson separately. After successful payment, Paolo will contact the customer within one working day to arrange the session. The customer should provide a real goal or example and suitable internet access. Course content is educational and does not guarantee commercial, employment or audience results.
AI Foundations for Everyday Work is a £29 one-time digital purchase, not a subscription. After successful payment, the customer receives secure online access to seven lessons and a downloadable 21-page workbook. Access is provided for personal use while the course remains available. The customer must not republish, resell or distribute the material or share the protected purchase link. Course content is educational and does not guarantee commercial, employment or audience results.
By requesting immediate digital access at Checkout, the customer acknowledges that supply begins after payment. Any cancellation or refund right that applies to digital content will be handled in accordance with UK consumer law. This does not affect statutory rights where content is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied as agreed.
Session dates are agreed personally after purchase. If you need to change an agreed booking, contact Paolo as early as possible; at least 24 hours' notice is requested where practical. Cancellation and refund requests are reviewed fairly according to the preparation, scheduling and teaching already supplied, and applicable law. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
New authenticated customers from 12 August 2026 receive three free private project uses. Accounts created earlier retain the allowance already shown in their account. After those uses, continued access requires a monthly subscription. Each use is counted when a private project is created; deleting a project does not restore that use.
Available monthly plans are Starter with 350 credits at the regular price of £9, Growth with 1,050 credits at £22 and Unlimited at £49, subject to fair use. Summer Launch prices available until 30 September 2026 are £7, £18 and £39 respectively. One complete private project generation costs 50 credits, giving 7 Starter projects or 21 Growth projects per renewal period. Credits reset after each successful monthly renewal and do not roll over. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; Stripe's hosted Checkout shows the final amount before payment. There is no minimum contract term.
You can cancel through the Customer Portal at any time. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid billing period, and access continues until that date. No further subscription payment is taken after cancellation takes effect.
If you were charged because of a technical or billing error, contact support promptly so the payment can be investigated. Other refund requests are reviewed fairly according to the service already supplied and applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights.
The Studio provides structured content-planning outputs and private project storage. Outputs require human review and are not guarantees of commercial, audience or performance results. Reasonable changes, maintenance or temporary interruptions may occur.
Do not use the Studio for unlawful, harmful, deceptive or rights-infringing content. Do not upload passwords, API keys or material you do not have permission to use. You remain responsible for reviewing and lawfully using your outputs.
Keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate billing information. Card details are collected by Stripe and are not stored by this website. Access may be restricted when a payment fails, a subscription ends or the service is misused.
Material changes will apply prospectively and will be presented clearly. Questions or complaints can be sent to paolobarranca@gmail.com. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in England and Wales, without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
