What is stored
When you sign in, the private tools store your account email, display name and the campaigns or Studio projects you choose to save. Studio records can include your brief, generated package, project status, allowance and subscription status. If you allow analytics, the portfolio records anonymous page views, selected link interactions, referring website, language and time spent on a page. Analytics events do not include your name, email address, full IP address or an advertising identifier.
Why it is stored
The information is used to give you a private campaign dashboard and remember your work between visits. Marketing messages are optional and require a separate choice.
Content Starter Pack briefs
If you request the AI Content Starter Pack, the information entered in the brief is sent to Stripe as limited Checkout metadata so the order can be matched to the requested work. Do not include passwords, sensitive personal information or confidential business material.
Journey idea submissions
If you submit an idea through The Road to 40, the website stores the contact, company and project information you provide so Paolo can privately review it and decide whether to invite a project conversation. Submissions are private by default and are not published automatically. Do not include passwords, private keys, payment details, health data or other highly sensitive information.
Payments
Stripe processes subscription and one-time payments, billing details and invoices. This website stores Stripe customer, subscription, transaction and invoice references needed to provide access, fulfil an order and show billing records. Card numbers are entered on Stripe's hosted pages and are not stored by this website.
Your choices
You can decline optional analytics, switch optional marketing messages off, cancel a subscription through the Customer Portal and ask for access to or deletion of personal information, subject to records that must be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention or transaction purposes.
Analytics
Analytics begin only after you choose “Allow analytics”. The site then stores a random first-party visitor identifier in your browser and a temporary session identifier so visits can be counted without using your identity. No advertising cookies are used. These identifiers are not used for advertising or tracking across other websites. Owner account activity is excluded from reports. If you decline, the site removes its analytics identifiers and does not send analytics events.
Retention and security
Information is kept only while it is needed to provide the tools, manage an account, meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. Access controls and hosted infrastructure are used to protect private records, but no online service can promise absolute security.
